Reading Fluency
Reading fluency is the ability to read accurately and with understanding. Using brain-science strategies, your child will learn to decode to improve reading
automaticity.
Spelling Strategies
Strong spellers have a good foundation in letter- sound relationship and spelling strategies to spell multi-syllabic words. Using principles of the Orton- Gillingham approach, your child will learn how to spell accurately.
Comprehension Skills
The goal of reading is to develop deep comprehension skills. Using decodable stories and Socratic questioning, your child will be encouraged to infer and think beyond the obvious details in a story.
